I hate silver wear. I cant stand the taste of metal. Yes, your right not all forks/spoons that are made of some kind of metal taste like metal but the majority of them do! I don't like when metal touches my teeth or any ones teeth for that matter. My phrase spoken most often at dinner... DON'T BITE YOUR FORK! YUCK! It completely grosses me out! So many of you have come to my house and more than likely think I hate doing dishes... which is not the case. But we are NEVER out of plastic forks/spoons. Usually when we run low Gabe, my wonderful Hubby runs to the store and picks up another 25-50 pack. Well...I enjoy shopping at Sam's Club and last time I was there I decided it would be better financially to just buy the "restaurant supply" of forks. (I use forks more than spoons) I was so excited.
Yes that is 600 plastic good tasting forks!!! All for only $12.99!
Yes, you may think I am wastefull, or you may not agree with my thinking, but too bad because I got 600 forks for $12.99. (thats two pennies for each fork.)

great way to save! Another option is to wash and reuse them. Not forever, but just to save even more money and plastic trees that they grow on. :-)
Nice save Kremer! Why don't you just get dishwashable plastic forks? I think they exist. I'm just saying...
I LOVE it! That's our girl...
Just so you know we put our plastic forks and spoons in the dish washer. They are tough!
Sweet! I love saving money!

Hey Kremer! We all have our thing, right?! And, I put my plastics in the dishwasher too! I'm not ashamed to admit it either! :0)
GIRL!!! Wash those things! Don't you know that polar bears are dying because of people who don't wash their plasticware? haha I love you!
