The preparation for black Friday operation...
...our friend Joshua had this great idea that had been discussed for a few weeks before, to sell breakfast tacos to those waiting in line for black Friday specials. (Great Idea We Know, Thanks!) So around midnight on thanksgiving Joshua came over and the operation started.

It went really well, we made a profit and learned some things we would improve next year...
1.) The boys will listen to me... start cooking at 10:00pm
2.) Make more Sausage and Egg and less Potato and Egg
3.) The people want Hot Chocolate!!!!!!!!
4.) Make baggies of Cheese/Hot Sauce to sell on the side.
