Weekend Trip to Houston

Here's a few pictures I snapped while we went to Houston.  I had made an appointment with the German Embassy a while ago and this weekend was that day.  I was feeling super nervous about it, but all went ok.  Hopefully in 4-6 weeks I will have a German Passport in my hand! YAY! (I know its taken f-o-r-e-v-e-r)  Since the day of the appointment also fell on Gabe's birthday we spent the night there and had a date.

The next morning we were driving down the road and we saw this little wheel shop on the side of the road. They were making fresh creeps.  Any kind! They had a few "suggestions" like Banana Nutella - WOW it was the best thing I have ever eaten!!!!
Gabe got a Ham, Egg, & Cheese
They were SOOOOO good! The creep was HOT and just WOW!

After we ate our delish breakfast we drove up to see the temple. :)  I love the Houston Temple. That's were we used to go as youth to do baptisms because the San Antonio one wasn't built yet!  (Sorry the photos are crucked - my ps is currently down)
Overall we went to Houston and got done what we needed to get done, but we had a great time doing it. We drove around a lot just enjoying some us time, ate at Red Robbin, and even caught a movie.

You went to the Houston Temple and didn't even stop by and say hi!!? We live 2 blocks down from the temple (and no NOT in one of those mansions that line the road)!
